Boots, Bandanas & Barbecue
Grab your boots and get ready to celebrate with Governor and First Lady Stitt at the annual Boots, Bandanas, and Barbecue benefit event at the Oklahoma Governor’s Mansion from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8.
The annual Boots, Bandanas, and Barbecue event is a memorable night for Oklahomans to enjoy the people’s home with delicious food, great music, and good company. The event helps support the upkeep and presentation of the historic Governor’s Mansion grounds for years to come.
Guests can break out their cowboy hats, bandanas, and belts, as they are encouraged to come dressed in their best country attire. Head Country BBQ will cater some of Oklahoma’s best barbeque and refreshing local brews will also be provided for guests to enjoy. This year’s event will feature an entertaining performance from Tulsa country group Voth, so be sure to bring your dancing boots.
Brand new this year, we will be hosting a silent dessert auction featuring a variety of desserts made by local celebrities and some of Oklahoma’s finest bakers and restaurants. Cash, check, or card are accepted at the event.
Tickets to the evening event are $75 per person. All proceeds from the event will benefit Friends of the Mansion, a non-profit organization that strives to ensure the preservation and upkeep of the Oklahoma Governor’s Mansion for Oklahomans now and forever. Friends of the Mansion society members will receive free admission to the event.
